Coverage

This warranty applies exclusively to Pandora Porcelains & Quartz surfacing materials. It does not apply to any other products, including other quartz surfacing products manufactured or supplied by any other party, except Pandora Porcelains & Quartz.

Warranty Period

Residential Lifetime Warranty: This warranty is valid for the lifetime of the original purchaser for residential applications, starting from the date of complete installation.

Commercial 5-Year Warranty: This warranty is valid for five years from the date of complete installation for commercial applications.

Eligibility

1. Original Purchaser: This warranty is issued to the original purchaser of the Pandora Porcelains & Quartz surfacing materials. If purchased through a builder for a newly constructed home, it applies to the first owner of the property.

2. Proof of Purchase: Proof of purchase in the form of the original invoice or receipt must be provided when requesting service under this warranty.

3. Non-Transferability: This warranty is not transferable and expires upon transfer of property ownership.

4. Usage: For residential applications, this warranty does not apply to residences where the owner is not the occupant.

Exclusions

1. Improper Use or Care: This warranty does not cover damage caused by improper use, mishandling, improper care, physical or chemical abuse, impact damage, heat damage, or exposure to extreme weather conditions.

2. Fabrication and Installation: This warranty does not cover defects or damages resulting from improper fabrication or installation by unauthorized fabricators and installers.

3. Alterations: This warranty does not cover products that have been altered, including but not limited to, honed or textured finishes, bending, curving, or thickness reduction.

4. Support and Structural Issues: This warranty does not cover failures due to inadequate support, structural movement, or settling.

5. Appearance: This warranty does not cover minor visual imperfections, such as spots or blemishes smaller than 18 mm in diameter, or natural variations in color, size, and pattern.

6. Maintenance: This warranty does not cover surface stains, water spots, or other minor conditions that can be corrected by proper maintenance procedures.

7. Additional Modifications: This warranty does not cover additional modifications or supplemental repairs such as structural changes, plumbing, electrical, cabinets, or tiles necessary to complete the repair or replacement of the Pandora Porcelains & Quartz surfaces.

Warranty Service

1. Claim Procedure: To obtain service under this warranty, you must contact the entity from which you purchased Pandora Porcelains & Quartz or contact Pandora Porcelains & Quartz directly at 416-291-3888.

2. Inspection and Cooperation: You must agree to cooperate with Pandora Porcelains & Quartz or its authorized agents in the inspection of the material and assist us in performing our obligations under this warranty.

3. Repair or Replacement: In the event of a defect covered under this warranty, Pandora Porcelains & Quartz will, at its sole discretion, repair or replace the defective material. Exact color match is not guaranteed, and if the color is discontinued, an alternative color must be selected by the customer.

Pandora Porcelains & Quartz is not liable for any direct, indirect, consequential, incidental, or punitive damages arising from the use or inability to use the product covered by this warranty. No representative, dealer, salesperson, distributor, fabricator, or any other person is authorized to make any warranty or promises on behalf of Pandora Porcelains & Quartz with respect to the surfacing materials.

This warranty supersedes all other warranties and representations, whether oral or written, and constitutes the only warranty made by Pandora Porcelains & Quartz.
